Please read carefully before returning an item.
All returns must meet the conditions below.


We cannot accept your return if:

  • The item does not appear new

  • The 14-day return window has been exceeded

  • Hangtags or labels are removed or damaged

  • The item is not properly packed

  • The item has perfume scent, smoke odor, deodorant marks or makeup stains

  • The item contains human or pet hair

  • The item shows signs of wear, washing or damage


DISCLAIMER

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Customers assume the transport risk until the returned item is received

  • Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Other sale items can still be returned.

  • We offer a 14-day right of return, counted from the delivery date

  • Returned items must fully meet the conditions above to qualify for a refund

  •  International returns: price varies by carrier

  • These costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty

  • Returns are processed within 10 business days after receiving your parcel

We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.
